With no more than 2 M functions and a connection to 4 bar pressurised air the system requires only minor prerequisites on the machine. The robust design made of aluminium alloy is preset ex works and available in three different sizes, alternatively also as CC version with wiring outlet downwards.

The Laser Tool Setter LTS35.60 is a high-end system for dynamic, non-contact tool measurement allowing automatic checks for tool wear or breakage. A focussed laser provides accurate measurement on any tool geometry for tools as small as 0.008mm (0.0003"). Integrated cleaning jets creating a supersonic airstream clean the tool's cutting edge during measurement ensuring reliable results even in harsh environments.
